The result

Behind the scenes

No polished success story — this is what we ran into along the way:

  • The brand migration caused a temporary SEO dip of ±3 weeks — caught with a tight redirect plan.
  • The first checkout variant lost the A/B test; variant B (one step fewer) won by +9%.
  • The photography style was adjusted twice based on panel feedback.
