General
01What exactly does Empireyo do?+
We are a creative agency combining strategy, design, development, branding, SEO & GEO, marketing and AI integrations under one roof, from first idea to ongoing growth. You work directly with Nawid; for each project he puts together a fixed team of specialists.
02What companies do you work for?+
Eighteen organisations so far. Ten are worked out as a case on this site: two dental practices, a law firm, a manufacturing software company, a business with two phone shops, two taxi companies, an online language school, an initiative for legal help with mining damage and a platform that connects doctors with hospitals. All eighteen are listed on our about page.
03Do you also work outside the Netherlands?+
We work from Zwolle for clients across the Netherlands, mostly online. A site can be built in more languages: the site of EZ Factory runs in Dutch, English and German.
Process & planning
04How long does a project take?+
A site is usually live within two to four weeks; a webshop or custom platform takes six to ten weeks, in clear phases with interim deliverables.
05How soon can we start?+
Usually within one to two weeks after the intro call.
06How much of your time does it take?+
Limited but key: timely feedback and supplying content. One fixed point of contact works best.
Pricing & invoicing
07What does a website cost?+
It depends on scope and ambition. We work with a fixed price upfront and sketch a realistic range in the intro call. See also our pricing page.
08Fixed price or hourly rate?+
Fixed price per project; for ongoing work a transparent retainer or prepaid bundle.
09What if the scope changes?+
We discuss the impact upfront and confirm it, so you never face surprises.
Technology
10What technology do you build with?+
Static sites we build in Astro, applications and portals in Vue 3 and Nuxt 3. Alongside that TypeScript, Supabase, Directus and Tailwind CSS. Ikiz runs on Astro, the booking wizard of Sittard Taxi on Nuxt.
11Can you integrate with our systems?+
In almost all cases, via APIs and integrations with e.g. CRM, ERP or payment providers.
12Are your sites easy to find?+
Findability is part of our approach from the first line of code: technical SEO and GEO for AI assistants.
Maintenance & support
13Do you maintain the site after launch?+
Yes, with monitoring, updates and further development, or we hand it over cleanly with documentation.
14Sites you did not build too?+
Yes, after a technical intake in which we map the state of the site.
15Can I cancel monthly?+
Our maintenance agreements are flexible and cancellable monthly.
