A logo that
works everywhere
A complete brand identity: logo, colour, typography and the rules around them, captured so anyone can work with it. Fixed price after one conversation, and all source files become yours.
Built for Atiq Tandartsen, Daily Phones and Ikiz among others · since 2014 · from Zwolle, for the whole of the Netherlands
Logo and brand identity is the design of the visual system of your brand: the logo, the colours, the typefaces and the rules other people work with. Empireyo does this for companies right across the Netherlands, since 2014. A project typically starts from € 250 and takes two to four weeks. You get three directions to choose from, the logo in every variant, a brand book and ready-made applications. All source files become yours: SVG, PNG, print-ready PDF and the Figma library.
Four things that often come up.
Almost every first conversation starts with one of these four.
Your logo disappears at small sizes
On a facade it looks fine, but on a browser tab or an app icon it turns into a smudge.
We design from small to large: the brand mark on its own, a version in one colour, the smallest size that is still legible and a favicon set.
The brand identity only lives in a folder
There is a tidy document, but nobody opens it. The quote looks different from the site.
We also deliver your colours, typefaces and spacing as code, so your site uses them directly. We keep the brand book compact.
Everyone puts together their own version
One person stretches the logo, another picks their own blue, and three versions of the same business card are doing the rounds.
The brand book sets out how much room the logo gets and what is never allowed. You get templates with it that you only have to fill in.
You only have a JPG of your logo
The source files sit with whoever made it back then, and they can no longer be reached.
Everything goes in your name: SVG, PNG, print-ready PDF and the Figma library. If you ever want to go on with someone else, you take the whole package with you.
Built for MijnbouwSubsidie, Taxi Road & Atiq Tandartsen among others. All seventeen clients are listed on about us.
What exactly gets made.
Eight parts, from three directions to the files in your name.
Genuinely different, each with the reasoning, shown on real applications. The one you choose we work out in full.
Three directions to choose from
Three substantially different concepts with logo, colour and typography, shown on real applications. The direction you choose, we develop into a complete logo package.
Colour and typography
A palette and a typeface choice with character, beautiful on paper and legible on a screen. We check the contrast before it is locked down.
A brand book with the rules
Compact and usable: how much room the logo gets, which colour belongs where, what is allowed and what never is. A colleague or a printer can work with it without explanation.
Ready-made applications
Business card, email signature, social templates and a presentation, print-ready and digital. Usable from the day of delivery.
Your colours and typefaces as code too
The same colours, typefaces and spacing in a form that your website and apps read straight in. One source, the same brand everywhere.
Small sizes, brand mark and favicon
Alongside the full logo, the versions you need most often: the brand mark on its own, one colour and a favicon set, with the smallest size for each version.
All files in your name
SVG, PNG, print-ready PDF and the Figma library become your property on delivery. No files that stay behind with us.
An explanation at handover
Where everything is, which file you use when and how you fill in the templates yourself. Later you can come to us with questions, without a subscription as well.
A brand that is yours. SVG, PNG, print-ready PDF and the Figma library are in your name.
Rules that everyone can follow. A brand book and templates that a colleague or a printer can get on with.
Ready for your website. Your colours and typefaces as code too, so a developer uses them straight away.
Four steps, from exploring to delivery.
One conversation, three directions, and your opinion twice. Usually two to four weeks.
Explore
One conversation about who you are, who you work for and who you stand next to in the market. We also look at what is there now and what may be kept.
You get: A proposal on one A4 with a fixed price · within a few days
Directions
Three developed concepts with logo, colour and typography, presented on real applications. You pick one and say what you are missing in it.
You get: Three directions to choose from, shown on real applications · week 1
Refine
We sharpen the direction you chose: variants, the brand mark on its own, one colour and the smallest sizes. This is where you give your opinion for the second time.
You get: The chosen logo in every variant, with colour and typography · week 2
Deliver
The brand book, all files, the templates and the code version of your colours and typefaces are handed over and explained. Everything in your name.
You get: All files in your name, plus a short explanation · a few days
Three brand marks that are in use today.
In all three the mark has to work as well small as it does large, on a form, a phone or a facade.
MijnbouwSubsidie
Lead generation site about earthquake damage: an online check shows visitors whether they are entitled to compensation. People arrive here with a question about their own situation, so the imagery has to work as well on an application form as it does in an advert.
Taxi Road
Transport · South Limburg and nationwide
Online booking platform for street transport, business rides and airport transfers. On a platform that people use on their phone, the brand mark has to work small as well.
Atiq Tandartsen
Practice website with online registration and a separate, playful entrance for children's dentistry. Two tones within one brand; that calls for colour and typography rules that can carry both.
Roughly what it costs.
A project typically starts from € 250, one-off. What it becomes for you depends on these six things.
A complete brand identity manual
A compact booklet is included. An extensive manual that describes every application is a job of its own.Print work and vehicle graphics
Facade letters, a van or workwear each need their own file and dimensions. An animated logo
A logo that builds itself up in a video is a separate piece of work. The number of applications
Four templates is less work than twenty; each one is set up and checked separately.Several brands or labels
Labels or branches under one company need variants that belong together and can still be told apart.Several languages
A slogan in two or three languages gets longer or shorter, and that has to keep fitting the design. After one conversation the amount is fixed. Anything extra we discuss beforehand, with a price attached.
Why people stay here.
All source files become yours. Anyone who wants to leave can leave, with the whole package under their arm.
You speak to the designer yourself
You discuss the three directions with the person who drew them. Behind that point of contact are five senior specialists; brand is one of them.Fixed price after one conversation
An extra round within the proposal is part of it. If something comes up that was not in there, you hear the price before we start.Everything goes in your name
SVG, PNG, print-ready PDF and the Figma library become yours, with the templates included.Since 2014
Seventeen organisations across the country work with work that was made here, from a dental practice in Zwolle to a taxi company in South Limburg.
No logo out of a stock bin
No template and no generator that spits out fifty variants. Every brand mark is drawn for your name.No pile of sketches to pick from
You get three, substantially different, with the reasoning included. Choosing from a pile of half ideas pushes the work onto you.No new logo if it is not needed
Sometimes what you have still stands fine and only the rules around it are missing. Then we say so.No brand story you did not ask for
Positioning and tone of voice belong to branding. In the first conversation we say which of the two you need.Good to know.
